Booking & Cancellation Policy

To help keep everything running smoothly, please note the following:

Bookings

All appointments can be made online through my Goldie booking link, with a 50% deposit of your chosen treatment.

You’ll receive confirmation and reminders automatically.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Because each appointment is reserved just for you, last-minute cancellations or missed bookings mean the deposit can’t be returned. Thanks for understanding!

Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to fit you in. However, your service may need to be shortened so the next client is not delayed.

Parking Note

On Saturdays, parking may take longer. Please allow extra time to arrive.
